The location of the hotel was great, being within walking distance of the old town, museums, and European Solidarity Centre. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was also modern and clean, with a well-equipped bathroom. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly receptionist on Saturday.
The receptionist on Friday and Sunday was incredibly impolite and unprofessional. She made us feel like a burden and was not friendly at all.
